Hi. For OBC category, 400 rank will not lead you to any branch in iet lucknow as the cutoff is higher compared to your rank. You can look for other institutes according to your rank.

at this rank, there is any hardly any chance at  IET, lucknow. however you can get a good branches in colleges like bundelkhand university and rajkiya engineering colleges.
