Yes, you can definitely get into IET lucknow. The cut off was nearly 1240 for cs last year.

I am sorry to say but your rank is not sufficient to take admission in IET. But you can avail admision in many reputed private colleges of UPSEE as follows-

1. Galgotias College of Engineering and Technology, Greater Noida

2. Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College, Ghaziabad
