IHM Gwalior Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

The college has a fully air-conditioned computer lab for students. It has 42 latest computers with licensed software for the students to learn and practice. This lab may be used by the students for their present work, research, notes, and homework. The students may also come and learn how to operate Microsoft word, excel, and PowerPoint presentations in different designs, paint, recipe making a presentation, learn how to make a synopsis for research methodology, etc... During their free time or when the lab is not occupied for classes. The computer lab is also equipped with internet facilities. This will help the students to log in to their mail accounts or faculties blogs for notes and other academic references.

The college has well stock library comprising more than titles and a variety of periodicals. It is also equipped with state of audiovisual facilities for the use of our students. It supports the faculties, students, researchers, and intellectuals from varied fields and houses over a few thousand documents comprising books, journals, video cassettes, and CDs in the field of Tourism, services, management, literature, hotel engineering, marketing, and all other operational subjects. This library also subscribes to several magazines, newspapers, periodicals, trade journals, and other weekly/ monthly and yearly publications for the all-round development of the students from degree/ diploma levels. Students also get the facilities of getting the books issued for a limited period on the production of their cards for thorough reading and reference purposes. The library of the institute opens from 09:00 am till the college period on all working days. Strict discipline is required to be maintained in the library at all times. Mobiles are strictly banned for users.

The college has an auditorium with a capacity of 300 people. Fully air-conditioned. A high-sounding capacity system with Projector Facility is available. Modernized well-furnished furniture & Equipment, Spotlights, etc. It is extensively used for Institute functions and also visiting guest speakers & Campus placement presentations. It is also used for student freshers’ parties. It is also used for Independence Day Function. It is used for various other College activities.

The college has a 100 Bedded Hostel for the girls with a Dining room and Recreation room available round the clock. Security is provided to the hostel with the hostel warden on the premises, Indore games -: Table Tennis, Carrom, Chess, Badminton, etc. Outdoor games are Volleyball, Cricket, Basketball, and Football. The college has a 192 Bedded Hostel for the Boys with Dinning room and Recreation room is available round the clock. Security is provided to the boy's hostel with the hostel warden on the premises.
