UPES B.Tech Admissions 2025

At a branch rank of 1329 in AP ECET 2025 (EEE), getting a seat in Anil Neerukonda Institute of Technology and Sciences (ANITS), Visakhapatnam is very difficult because the general category cutoffs for EEE in ANITS usually close around 500–700 branch rank.
However, you can consider:
1. Management Quota seat in ANITS (higher fees).
2. Look for EEE seats in slightly lower-tier colleges in Vizag/Andhra region where cutoffs extend beyond 1300.
3. Participate in spot admissions for any last-moment vacancy at ANITS (chance is low but possible).
Hello,
Thanks for your detailed query. Let’s break this down step by step so you get a clear idea.
First, between BKBIET Pilani, Poornima College, and JECRC Jaipur, here’s a quick comparison for Computer Science:
Now, about getting CS in JECRC without REAP , unfortunately, JECRC participates in REAP counselling for regular admissions. So unless they open management quota seats or spot admission later, it’s tough to get CS without REAP.
You can check their official website for direct admission possibilities or call their admission office and request if there are any vacant seats or internal quota options.
Best wishes for your engineering journey!
VVIT Guntur and Vishnu Institute of Technology Bhimavaram are both good colleges, especially for branches like CSE, IT, and ECE.
VVIT generally has a slightly higher placement percentage, around 90 to 93 percent. Its average package is around 4.4 LPA, with top offers going up to 29 LPA. The college has good infrastructure, placement training, and consistent results.
Vishnu Institute of Technology also has strong placements, around 80 to 90 percent in core branches. The average package is similar, around 4.3 to 4.5 LPA. Some students have received very high offers, but those are rare and not guaranteed for everyone.
Overall, VVIT may offer slightly better placement consistency, while Vishnu is also a solid choice. Both are good, and your final decision can depend on your branch preference, location, and comfort.
Hello reader,
As per your inquiry, the hostel fees of Chennai Institute of Technology of non accredited courses is 4000 INR for Non AC rooms and for AC rooms the annual fees is 8000 INR.
The mess charges are 25,000 INR per year approximately and electric charges are 3600 INR per year approximately.
I hope you find this helpful.

There seems to be a misunderstanding. The Bangalore Institute of Technology (BIT) is located in Bangalore, not Surajpur, and there's no branch in Surajpur. The correct address for BIT is K.R. Road, V.V. Pura, Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Specifically, the college is located in V.V. Puram, Bangalore.
BIT is a private institution founded in 1979. It is affiliated with Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belgaum, and is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and the University Grants Commission (UGC). The institute holds accreditation from the National Board of Accreditation (NBA) and has been awarded an 'A+' Grade by NAAC. BIT is recognized for its strong academic programs, good placement record, and vibrant student community.
Bomma Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), located in Khammam, Telangana, is a private engineering and management college established in 2006 and affiliated with JNTU Hyderabad. Approved by AICTE, the institute offers a range of undergraduate, postgraduate, and diploma programs, including B.Tech in various branches like CSE, ECE, EEE, Civil, and Mechanical, as well as M.Tech, MBA, MCA, and diploma courses. Admissions are primarily through TS EAMCET, ICET, PGECET, and POLYCET, with about 70% seats filled via counselling and the rest through management quota. The college has a 25-acre campus with well-equipped labs, a library, hostels, transport, sports facilities, and a cafeteria. Placement opportunities are decent, with an average package around INR 3 LPA and top offers reaching INR13 LPA, and companies like Infosys, TCS, HCL, and Wipro recruiting from the campus. Students generally report good teaching support and a peaceful learning environment, although some feel the infrastructure and city access could be improved.
