According to the colleges you have mentioned in your question, CBIT hyderabad has a better ranking than the other two.CBIT is one of the top colleges in telangana state.CBIT is a very good college for cse and has great placements.Many good companies like amazon,infosys,JPMC etc visit the college for placements.

But the median package for btech in nmam is greater than cbit

For cbit - 3.6 lakhs per annum whereas

for nmam - 4 lakhs per annum

Yes, there is a branch upgrade option available in ms ramaiah institute of technology.
You can change your branch only once and only after first year exams.

You have to pass your first year exams, without any back in semesters and you must score more than the required marks for branch change.
