For admissions to NITs/ IIITs/ GFTIs: Candidates need to have secured a minimum 75% marks in class XII or equivalent exam or be in the top 20 percentile in their class XII exam conducted by therespective board. For SC/ ST candidates, the eligibility criteria are to secure 65% marks in class XII or equivalent exam.

As per your rank you're not eligible for any of the Nits. And as for the IITs you have to crack the jee advance exam then only you can grab IITs. But NIT's did not consider jee advance rank, so no nits for you. But if you score well in jee advance then you can think about IITs.
