JEE Main 2019 Qualifying cutoff is 74.3166557 as OBC Category. You should meet the cutoff to be eligible for JEE Advance. You can check your best admission possibilities in state level counselling with JEE Main College predictor tool given below.

NTA has provided for the first time EWS reservation so it would be difficult to tell you the exact information about it but with this rank you might have the chance to get a seat in NITs, IIITs, GFTIs.

Hello Firoz. With your mentioned 12th score you are not eligible for JEE advanced as 75% aggregate is required to appear for JEE advanced along with qualifying for JEE MAINS. Same applies for NITs as well. So you can neither apply for NITs nor IITs. You should try for state

College Infrastructure
Narula institute of Technology is a quite good college in South Bengal. All types of Labs facilities are good. AC classroom is also available. Smart classroom seminar hall and large playground are available for every type of sports. Large building and control lab are also available
