You haven't mentioned your category of eligibility. For general category cutoff percentile is 89.75 , for OBC category cutoff is 74.31 percentile, for SC category cutoff is 54.01 percentile and st category cutoff is 44.33 percentile.

In order to get admission into NIT for any branch the minimum percentile required is 97 for general, 94 for OBC, 92 for SC/ST category respectively. So, it will be difficult to get seat in any NIT. On73.99 percentile your approx marks may be 45 so considering last

I have got ews rank of 21075,whether I'm eligible forjeeadvanced & if not in which NIT I can get admission.

21705 is a good rank and you are eligible for JEE advanced
Moreover there are around 18000 seats in NIT so this rank can help tongetvadmissions a good NIT as lots of toppers will also be pursuing engineering from iits as well after getting under cut off

Our college Narula institute of technology , Agarpara has provided us with a strong , safe environment along with all the necessary facilities including spacious classrooms , libraries stocked with proper curriculum based books clean and hygienic cafeteria . our college provides with a strong wi-fi system along with other electronic facilities including smart boards , projectors and also CCTV cameras which again provide security , even our labs are well equipped with gadgets and tools use for practical purposes .
