Hello Kanishk!

You are eligible in all colleges for B.arch if you have aggregate 50% and 50% individually in each of the subject, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. The elogibility criteria is set different for b.arch in NATA as well as JEE MAINS. There is no need of 75% there.

Is 209 a good score for jee mains paper 2 ( B-ARCH ) . Am I eligible to any IIT's or NIT's with this score.??

Hii Raghavendar.Your marks are good.As per the previous year cutoffs you have a good chance of getting higher ranked NITs such as NIT Warangal, NIT Trichy, NIT Surathkal, NIT Calicut,etc but you have to score good marks in JEE Advanced to get good IITs.So, prepare well and stay motivated.

I have got 80.4685775 percentile in jee main. So, with this percentile I will be eligible for giving jee advance and i will get any NIT'S?

The cutoff percentile for jee advance isn't released by NTA yet so it is hard to tell whether you'll be able to qualify mains or not , I don't want to give any false hopes to you. Moreover with this percentile you would have a rank around 2 lakh with

For JEE MAINS the eligibility criteria is set to be either 75% in boards or being in top 20 percentile. But for B.arch(i.e. paper 2) the minimum score is 50% in boards.

For b.arch you may get a seat as your board marks are enough and your percentile

Our college Narula institute of technology , Agarpara has provided us with a strong , safe environment along with all the necessary facilities including spacious classrooms , libraries stocked with proper curriculum based books clean and hygienic cafeteria . our college provides with a strong wi-fi system along with other electronic facilities including smart boards , projectors and also CCTV cameras which again provide security , even our labs are well equipped with gadgets and tools use for practical purposes .
