105 marks quite low to get admitted in NIT TRICHUPALLI  you can check the previous year cut offs.

So I would suggest to score more in April attempt.

And get admitted in good nit.

75 marks is very low marks for NIT and it is impossible to get NIT college at 75 marks in general category also in OBC category it is not possible but for SC ST category there maybe some chances but chances are low therefore I think you should

I think you can not take admission. The Diploma Degree holders are not eligible for admission to NITs/CFTIs after qualifying Mains. They must appear in JEE Advanced 2019 & qualify it to become eligible for admission to Engineering Programs. for more detail about jee main click the link
