Sorry to say but you didn't scored enough to get seat in NIT as the cut offs for NITs for any branch is very high as compared to other colleges If we have a look on previous year cut off in general you need to score below 50k to get into NITs and below 20k to get into top NITs with you desired branch and as long as seat in other collgese linked with jee mains are concerned you might get admission but you wouldn't be able to get top branches like CSE and ECE though you have scored a very good percentile in your board exams but from 2016 jee main do not include board marks in calculation of rank so your 12th percentile wouldn't be benificial for you here , the cut offs aren't announced yet so need to wait for that but till than you can see what colleges you might get with this rank with the help of our jee main college predictor you just need to enter your rank your category,your home state and your desired branches and you're good to go . I have scored 28 in Jee Mains 2018 as a ST candidate.Am i eligible for admission in NIT's?

Hii,

Qualifying marks for ST candidates are 24. And your marks are clearly greater than qualifying marks. It means you are qualified. Prepare well for JEE advanced.

With this rank you are not eligible for admission into any of the nit's.
You can apply for computer science and engineering course in diff. Private college and universities or better try next time.

You are eligible for NIT but getting admission in any good nit is very low with this marks because you belong tomopen category and your marks must be 140+ for good nit.

College Infrastructure

The Infrastructure of our college is good and have good facilities and equipment in laboratories. College is well maintained and clean and have smart boards in each and every class, wifi is also available for uses.

Great placement for all final year students

College Infrastructure

The college has many buildings and labs. Most classrooms have projectors. There is a reading room in the library. Hostel is okay with shared rooms. Food is healthy but not tasty every day. Wi-Fi works well in hostels but not in all classrooms.

Good transportation facility is available for my college

College Infrastructure

Classrooms are simple and clean. Labs are available for all branches. Hostel is clean, but food is average. Library has books for every subject but some are old. Wi-Fi is not strong in all areas. Sports ground is small, but some games are organized.
