RCCIIT Kolkata Facilities

RCC Institute of Information Technology, Kolkata campus is spread across an area of 5 acres. The institute facilitates the topmost RCCIIT Kolkata facilities. RCCIIT Kolkata facilities include arts, culture, sports, special classes, entrepreneurship and innovation, clubs and student chapters, MOOCs and Internshala, Swayam/NPTEL, and many more.

The library at the campus has a huge collection of books comprising journals, periodicals, reference books, textbooks, and many more. RCCIIT Kolkata facilities have modern IT infrastructure, parking space for college faculty and students, gym and indoor and outdoor sports facilities. The college has library facility has a huge collection of books, online journals, CDs/DVDs, and many more. Faculty have access to a special room, wherein computers with internet access are available. Students can borrow books for project purposes.
Sports

Chess, Carom, Badminton Table Tennis, Chess, Volleyball, Football, Cricket, and Tug of War comprise the major activities. The college has Auditorium hosts lectures, presentations, conferences, and exhibitions on a wide range of topics to boost students’ communication talent and skills. Also, they have an opportunity to meet creative and experienced professionals.
Alumni Associations
The college has Information Technology Kolkatta encourages alumni to contribute their share to the development of the institute. The platform supports building a healthy relationship among each other and communicating with each other.
Laboratories

College Infrastructure

Infrastructure is good with necessary equipment in classrooms as well as smart classrooms. Also the lab facilities have adequate equipments with good instructors. Though some of the lab equipment needs some upgradation.

Its decent just don't expect too much.

College Infrastructure

Its decent. I mean it's not very good and also not that bad. Classrooms are good but the swc room and the rest of the places can be improved. Broken chairs and less cleanliness, and definitely need to improve.

Excellent learning, vibrant and engaging social life.

College Infrastructure

I find the campus to be quite cramped for such a high-demand course like Computer Science Engineering. However, the specialized lab facilities are generally excellent, which is crucial for me. My coding stations have reliable, high-speed internet and the necessary software. The size constraint is a downer, as I wish for more dedicated open-air break areas. I think the buildings are well-maintained, but I mainly focus on the academic blocks.
