previous years maximum closing rank was 3020 for CSE course in RNSIT,  there is a lot of difference between your expected rank and previous year cutoff so you cannot get CSE in RNSIT.

It would be difficult to tell you exactly about the college which you can get as cutoff depends on various factors like Numbers of appeared candidates, difficulty level of exam, Availability of vacant seats, Marking Scheme, Previous years cut off etc. You can refer previous year cutoff to
