THDC-IHET Tehri Placements
The THDC Institute of Hydro Power Engineering and Technology Tehri has a separate training and placement cell which is responsible for looking into student placement. The THDC IHET Tehri Placement 2025 mission is to assist students in identifying their career objectives and preparing them for the competitive job market of today. In addition to the university curriculum, students can take value-added courses to help them become more employable.
For the kids' overall growth, co-curricular and extracurricular activities are also arranged throughout the year. THDC Institute of Hydro Power Engineering and Technology Tehri are working to create IT leaders who have high moral standards and care about society and the environment. In the last two years, 400+ students were placed, and 50+ companies visited the campus. 65% of students were placed in the placement drive conducted.

Placements
The placement cell is quite weak and due to mountain terrain many companies refrain from coming on campus placements but the faculty in charge of the placement cell may need to work hard to give more placement opportunities for the students.

the quality of placement was not good in our time, and due to covid-19 it had become very bad the percentage of students that have placed through the college side was almost negligible and the package was also very bad.

I will required you that...... you have no another option that kind of college in this type of fee structure. And there are lots of apportunites for you as a part of dbuu community. And in this fee structure there are so valueable faculties are there such as. Nits, iits, and many other grand teachers.

The campus placements are not so good as not many companies visit the campus due to its rural outscapes hence very few students got placements. Almost 50% students get placed every year. But this college do provide internships in THDC dam which is one of the best biggest hydroelectric power plant. Companies like Azim Premji, Tata Motors, Suzuki etc. Come for recruiting candidates.

As you not given your jee exam don't worry we can help you.You can give your exam in any of the deemed to be university or you can join in any of them under management quota where you need to pay donation fee and also college fee.
