Eligibility Criteria

Education

For International students, any degree equivalent to graduation from a recognised institution in their respective country.
Indian students require are 10+2+3 for Graduates and 10+2+3 for Diploma Holders from a recognised university. This includes UGC, AICTE, DEC, AIU and State Government.
All candidates for the Executive Development Program in Talent Management must be proficient in English, both written and spoken English are mandatory.

Work Experience

For all individuals, Indian and International students, a working professional with a bare minimum of 2 years of experience is mandatory.

Admission Details

The fees for this course is payable as per the installment schedule provided by the institution. In case the payment of fees is late for the first installment or any other installments, a late fee is applicable as per the following guidelines :

A charge of Rs. 1000 along with tax will be charged if the payment is made within 7 days from the due date.

A charge of Rs. 2500 along with tax will be charged if the payment is made within 8 to 4 days from the due date.

If the fee is not paid within 14 days from the last date, the participant will be dropped out from the enrolled course and a rejoining fee of Rs. 5000 plus tax if the individual wants to rejoin and continue the course till the end.

Requests for cancellations of enrollment will be considered only if they are received prior to the closing of registration or 21 days before commencement of classes. In case of a request for cancellation, the refund shall be made after a deduction of Rs. 5000 for Indian participants and $ 125 for foreign applicants. A participant is allowed to schedule again to another batch of the same program or another program; however, it has to be done before the commencement of the program. And in case of rescheduling the course, the participants will have to pay either Rs. 5000 for Indian students or $ 125 for foreign participants. The right to cancel courses at any given time is owned by TalentEdge and XLRI. In such an unforeseen event, all students enrolled in the course will be issued a complete refund of the fees that have been paid within 30 days of receipt of a valid refund request.

There is no alternative to making an application in this course other than online. All applications for The Executive Development Program in Talent Management have to be done through an online application form.

Firstly, a minimum attendance of 70 percent to all live lectures has to be maintained by all candidates for successfully securing the certificate of this course.
There are period evaluations throughout the duration of the course. These evaluations are done in the form of quizzes, assignments, projects, and other subjective assessments as they are deemed necessary by the faculty in relation to this course.
Participants who can successfully procure both the criteria as mentioned above are awarded the certificate of completion for the Executive Development Program in Talent Management by the XLRI.
