you should mention your home-state and other categories for better clarification.if you are from Delhi

the chances will be pretty high  .but if you are general and outside Delhi region then no you can't get these colleges. u can get only if u are having home state Delhi

You can also apply for other top institutes for M.Tech in Mechanical specializations.

You might Eligible for North Eastern NITs

Considering your rank and the previous year cutoffs for defense quota students , you have no chance to get admission in any of the colleges you have mentioned . You can try your luck in other colleges.

On basis of home state you will get into NIT (Home state)

You can go for DTU easily .If you not get in first round of counseling than also you can easily and to get in 2nd or 3 rd round of counseling

go for the branch you have interest in nothing is difficult. All branches are equal in difficulty. Never take branch out of your interest As it may affect you later.
