If you are talking about your rank in  IIT JEE then being a Delhiite doesn't affects your chances of admission. Since your OBC Rank is well enough, you can get CSE in NSIT, but not in DTU. Just try during the counselling rounds.

You have low chances of getting NSIT and DTU on the basis of your rank. But you can try in the OBC Quota during the counselling rounds.

No, you can select either of them during counselling and admission. Analyze which quota will give you more benefit and then select that.

8000-9000 rank is the estimated cutoff

you are considered as obc from delhi obvio if you have made the certificate from delhi itself.

Heyy dear,

Firstly DTU do not provide B.Sc courses,there are only B.Tech and M.Tech in DTU.

And as you got 90% you can apply in DU for B.Sc courses. You have to wait for merit list and you must fill the application form of DU.

Sorry to say but it is just IMPOSSIBLE for you to get DTU or IGDTU with this category rank since it is quiet low to get it.

Based on your Marks and Previous years cutoff analysis, You have very less chance to get admission in DTU Affiliated College if you belong to Outside Delhi Region Candidates. But You have fee chance for Low ranked DTU Affiliated college with this mark.
