The prefernce should be according to your interest. But you want to do a govt job after your engineering. Then your order should be : ME > CE > EE > EEE > ECE > CSE.

It is tough to get a govt job with CSE and ECE. So give

batch 2017

Fees of  First year: 1,38,000 INR and it increases every year

Second year: 1,50,000 INR

Third year : 1,60,000INR

Fourth year : 1,90,000

so if you get admission in 2018 your fees most probably be 1,50,000

Fees of Every First year and Fourth year of that same year

It seems the no. of candidates who wrote GATE CS were around 1,07,800. The rank for a score like yours would earn you a rank of 1500, which can be risky for reputed DTU. DTU is specialized for civil engineering course but I would suggest you to try

If you are eligible for admission in DTU through your GATE score only , then there is no need of any written test to get a seat in M.Tech.
