Maharashtra National Law University Mumbai has almost all the necessary facilities except gym and sports due to no campus. We do have wifi and smart boards which makes classrooms fully equipped as required.
Academics is pretty good in MNLU Mumbai and the curriculum curated is quite enticing. Our class discussions include all the latest relevant events happening around the world. In the matter of academics MNLU Mumbai is really good.
Placements are very poor. Hoping for it to get better. There are very less on campus placements at MNLU Mumbai. Though the batch of 2023 secured really good placements but that was only once. This year there are only 5 on campus placements as of now.
It is not really value for money but it is satisfactory
We don't have a campus life as such because we don't own the campus but it is not that bad as it sounds.
Our college does not have a campus but it provides ample space for an academic culture to flourish. Our classrooms have projectors and good infrastructure. We have amazing hostel rooms with attached washrooms and bathrooms. Our mess and hostel are hygienic.
Academics is one thing that I would rate my college best for. The teachers are knowledgeable and helpful. My decision to pursue law seems right after coming here. The curriculum is updated and the teaching methods are best suited. Our college gives preference to academics while simultaneously developing our co-curriculums as well.
It has only been 5 years since our college started. The year 2020 was supposed to be the first placement year, this was not made possible giving the pandemic and lockdown conditions. Irrespective of these shortcomings the fifth year batch good satisfying job offers both by virtue of their hard work and assistance from college.
Our yearly fees amounts to some 3 Lacs per year, this includes our hostel and mess fees as well. The fees amount for students coming from outside Maharashtra is drastically high and does not suit a government college. The fees should be made low and scholarships should be introduced for students coming from outside Maharashtra.
As I stated previously, we don't have our own campus and reside in a rented one. Although our campus life is amazing given that we're in the heart of the city, Powai, in a posh locality like hiranandani gardens sitauted between the beautiful terrain and greenery. We're close to the most desired city life and enjoy the security we reside in. Our faculty and working staff is very helpful and friendly.
I like my college and would recommend it to newcomers because of the locational advantage and a ton of opportunities that it brings with it. It has a beautiful environment with all the facilities required.

Hello Aspirant
The 1-year tuition fee for MNLU Mumbai is approximately 1.5–1.6 lakh for the LL.M program. This covers academic and tuition fees only. Hostel and mess charges are extra if you stay on campus. So, for total yearly expenses, you should also plan for accommodation and living costs.
If
Hello student I'm sorry to inform you but you can't withdraw the hostel and mess fees as its mandatory to stay in hostel at MNLU. In case you get permission by the authorities to stay outside the campus still you can't withdraw the fees you've paid.
