Yes, I think your mark is not too bad but it not easy to get IIT Delhi even you crack the gate you may get good marks. So you may surpass the standard of IIT Delhi and belong to OBC category may help you it give you a small edge but if after that it is not easy job get and surpass the gate exam and get admission in Delhi. So be ready for hard work.

All the best.

hello, please mention the field of b.tech

Hi Aspirant

If you get a seat in any IIT you will have to pay the fees that is applicable for the category that you belong to.

This would vary a little from IIT to IIT.

You will also have to pay the different one time admission fees and other fees like for insurance etc.

Apart from that you will have to pay the hostel fees.

Hope this helps and All the Best.

Hello Abhishek,

Fee Waiver ke liye students ko collge me Income tax report submit karni padhti hai as a proof warna har student fee waiver ke liye apne aap ko gareeb proof krne lagega. is liye har college me ITR ki copy submit krni padhti hai.IIT me bhi aapko submit karega aur 1 lakh se kam walo ko ITR dena padhta hai aur 6 lakh se kam walo ko Notary Statement dena padhta hai.

Hope this may help you.

Dear Aspirant,

There are various scholarship schemes in the IITs which you can avail. These scholarships are on the basis of income and also on the basis of category. However, for OBC category the income bracket is 2.5 lakh per annum. If your family income exceed this limit then you might not get concession on your fees.

But there are also other schemes based on you academics. So if you performance well there, then you might get some scholarships.

Hope this helps.

Thank you and all the best.

As you have kept your seat in the float option then there is no way to get a hostel allotted for entry number all you need to do is to first confirmed you are see that is fees receipt and then go with the process of admission procedure then only you will provide an entry number and the hostel allotted to you by the college that you have after the seat at first apply for the admission procedure at the college then only go for the details of any number and hostel allotment.

Thank you.

See every college has different rules , many colleges like nit and IIT have rules like , if any candidate deposited the fees but in spot round he gets another college, then the previous college transfer the fees to this new college and it is settled with your new college tuition fees. Regarding satyabhama I think that your fees will be transferred.

hiii ansh ;

the fee will be the deposted once ur seat has been has been confirmed ,

thakyou

Hello ,

As your query is you are confused in between taking admission in various IIT's.

I would like to tell you that your admission in any college depends upon only  3 things , these are as follows :

  • Branch of your choice
  • College of your expectations
  • Placesand facilities

Well talking about the branch of your interest, it all depends upon your capabilities and understanding. But based on the choices provided by you , in my opinion IIT Bombay with choice of Chemical Engineering would be the best choice. Because according to survey based on various top engineering institute of world, IIT Bombay has been recognised as among the 5 best engineering college of world.

With better infrastructure and placement value my opinion will be to go with IIT Bombay.

Further, if you have any other query regarding the same you can let me know in the comment section below.

I hope your query is solved.

Thank you.
