M.tech in IIT per semester fees 3500-40000 Rs.and includes tution fees,accomodation and even mass charge...and all the facility for in IIT!!research field

Hi, Though fees varies from one IIT to another. But I can guide you on an average fees in IITs.
First semester is generally asked for more and then is goes less n rest of the semesters. It is approx 35000-40000 per semester. It includes Tuition fees, accommodation and even Mess charge

At the time of admission it is Rs5000. Then per semester fees is approx 20000. Deposits at the time of admissions which is refundable is aound Rs 27876 which includes security, library and mess security deposits.
