Hey Shiva
Indian Institute of Technology (IITs) and National Institute of Technology (NITs) are one of the most reputed and deemed colleges of Indian for Engineering and Applied science studies. Both of them are autonomous and public universities which have an excellent academic and placement record.
Whereas Amrita School of Engineering is also a deemed university but private and has an 'A' accreditation.
Amrita School of Engineering also has a good academic and placement record, it has NIRF ranking of 9 (2019), but few IITs and NITs are above it. So it specifically depends, between which college you are comparing. You may chose top IITs/NITs like IIT Bombay, IIT Madras, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Delhi, NIT Trichy, NIT Warangal, NIT Rourkela over Amrita School of Engineering and prefer your conditions as well, like locality and fees. Do note Amrita School of Engineering is private.

Hey there
By using the formula 100-87.22*869010/100 so as 87.22 is your percentile and 869010 is the no of Candidates who appeared for JEE Mains session. Going by that, your All India Rank would be approximately 111059. Since amrita university has started to take admissions through jee mains you less chance to join the college as amrita university has its own exam and for banglore campus from same state is around 10k and for other it's 6k so even though from jee mains you need to score around 50k for CSE.
good luck
HELLO SURAJ
Congratulations for your result and qualifying JEE mains.
since it is very difficult to predict the exact rank but we do have a backup we have a formula to calculate the expected rank that is (100 – Total percentile) x 869010/100.So according to formula your expected rank for present percentile for January session comes out to be 84554 . Now the expected rank might change depending on the no of candidates appearing the april session. For ex if 12 lakh candidate appear the april session then just replace 869010 by 12 lakhs. But if you score above 85 percentile then you have a very decent chance of qualifying jee mains.
Now since the official cutoffs for college are yet to be decided.
you may get amrita school of engineering but getting a CSE branch seems a little bit Tough.
Since amrita conducts its own entrance exam so i suggest you to take the exam.
No worries since you have an april attempt left and most importantly baap of the exams i,e Advance which may directkly lead you into IIIts.

ALL THE BEST FOR APRIL AND ADVANCE!!
Hello candidate. All the colleges you have mentioned are better in their own way.Compared to other colleges Presidency University is better in all the aspects. The college has good environment and infrastructure. Also the faculty here are well experienced.Computer Science Engineering(CSE) is a branch of engineering which deals with programming and is software side.So better go with Presidency University for bright future.
Hi,
This is the first year Amrita is introducing admission via the JEE scores and therefore no past year trends are available.
However you have a very good scare and you may land up with a scholarship to pursue your studies at any campus and with any course.
Hi
Yes, you can easily get a seat in Amrita Coimbatore Campus even if you're an open category.

All the best.
Hope this helps.
Cheers!
The infrastructure of the campus was too good. The classrooms are well arranged with LED projector, smart board etc. and all labs are well equipped with adequate systems. There is great library inside the campus containing thousands of books. Its a Wi-Fi available campus. The hostel and mess is also good and they are well maintained. Therefore it seems to be clean and hygienic always.
Amazing infrastructure, well-equipped classrooms, labs, libraries, sports facilities, well maintained living spaces and hygienic food. On-campus hostel facilities for both boys and girls are available.
Amrita provides excellent infrastructure facility to its students It has spacious classroom, with modern teaching techniques. well equipped labs , library which serves as excellent sources of reference. Amrita has well connected wifi facility
