Amit with your 81665 rank you don't have any chance to get in any of the government colleges. If we talk about Asansol then seeing the last year cut-off you have a very good chance to get admission in Asansol with all the branches opened for you except Computer science

With 57k ranking IN WBJEE will i ll be able to get CS IN AEC

Hello Asmat,

According to the last years cutoff for AEC the cutoff rank for CS was 134787 so as your rank is around 57k you have quite good chances of getting admission in this college and if you belong to any reserve category surely you can get admission.

Can I get cse at aec with a jee main rank 132082?

Certainly you can because is you look at previous year's cut offs the closing rank for Asansol Engineering College for ECE is around 292466 and with your rank you can get even CSE so I don't think you'll have to face difficulty in getting any other branch you can go

how is Asansol engineering college for b.tech in mechanical branch.

Overall It is a decent college. But the Placement scenario for mechanical is not very good in the college. In mechanical about 20 companies visited the campus throughout the year which recruits about 70 to 80 students. The companies visited the college are TCS, MindTree, Johnson Control, Sanmar, Costal Project

College Infrastructure

The infrastructure is decent, with WiFi, labs, library, hostel, and sports facilities available. However, some classrooms and labs are outdated and maintenance is average. The campus is spacious and greenery adds a pleasant environment for students.
