First of all you have to  apply to the administrative officer of the respective college for requesting to open the option portal in which you can submit your prayer with required documents por your to register your unwillingness for accepting the seat they have allotted to you. In which it will be very easy  to submit your penalty fees within the stipulated days through online. All the documents will be posted  within the stipulated days and time.

Hi, whatever the percentile you have scored it is advised that you always add at least 5 best colleges in your university in your CAP round list. Next should be all the colleges that had a little higher cut off last year then your marks. Below those colleges should be the one who have similar cut off to your marks. Next is optional and that is all the colleges that had lower cutoff than your marks. If you still have doubts feel free to comment. Hope this helps.

NEET counseling is conducted by an autonomous body named NMC (for MBBS) and it is unaffected by other procedures you are going through other than admission and seat blocking. Hi, all your admission procedure will be considered in open category itself. During the admission procedure you have to choose the option of Open EWS. For this, you will require income certificate of your family members who are working excluding your siblings if any. So, you will get the fee waiver that was promised by the government to you. When it comes to MBA , the most important thing is to get into a top B-school , because fees of MBA is quite expensive and if after two years of MBA you are not getting a good package then it might be a big problem for you, it will take a long period of time for you to cover your fees , so getting into the top colleges is really important , but at your score you might not be able to get into top colleges as top colleges of Maharashtra are like INDIAN GLOBAL BUSINESS SCHOOL , St Francis Institute of Management and Research , Management Studies Mumbai , have a cut off of around 95% percentile in MAH CET , so I would suggest you to try for other exams like NMAT ,SNAP, CAT ,XAT or you can again prepare for CET and give it try next year so that you can get into a decent college , but if still you want to get into a B-school at this score then I am sharing several links for you that will surely help you getting a B-school in Maharashtra .
