If you are already preparing for neet exam along with your 12th, then you don't need any other kind of extra preparation and if not, then also there is no problem because it only ask basic of 11th and 12th physics, chemistry and biology and basic general knowledge questions along with basic English grammar.

The question paper contains total of 200 questions in which there is 50 questions for each section of physics, chemistry and biology ( 25 botany and 25 zoology) and 25 of general knowledge and 25 of English.

I am assuming that you have appeared for KCET exam as your user location suggests that you are from Karnataka. so, as per your rank and your caste category .. you have good chances to get some of the top colleges of Engineering in Karnataka with several B.Tech domain , but you may not get the top demanding branches like CSE/IT in these colleges :

Well, you have not chances as your marks are low in RGUKT CET for iiit and the criteria follows that the students who got score minimum of 75-80 Marks for the general category will have a chance to get a seat in IIIT. For reserved category candidates, the minimum score is 55-60.

In order to secure a seat in IIIT the eligibility criteria is to have a 75% marks in your boards exam otherwise you should be in the top 20 percentile. For ST/SC qualifying marks is 65% board exams.

But don't loose hope try again or you can take admission in other good colleges.

In the 3rd allotment rank list of 2020 the rank that got admitted for cet for eee was 1463 and in gec thissur for ece was 1943. And there was no seat available for mopup round in cet for ece . As you have got rank 1485 it is better to select ece in gec thissur as the cut off for eee in cet is  greater than your rank.
