Hello,
As per UGC norms you can pursue two degree courses simultaneously however one is to be done through distance mode and another through regular mode, now integrated law course cannot be done through distance mode as it's not recognized by bar council of India, hence you have to opt for it in regular mode, however I want to say that BA-LLB as a program in itself is an amalgamation of arts discipline that with law, so there is no need to pursue BA differently even through distance mode, the rest is up to you.
hello Aspirant,
To be honest a rank that is above 1,00,000 in KCET exam can be treated as a low score . With this low rank you may not get the branch you want but there are some colleges which accepts the rank above 1lakh so you can try for that colleges. If you got some reservation you may also get some better college than the below mentioned.
Based on 2020 data some colleges which accepts above 1 lakh KCET rank are mentioned below :-

Hell Aspirant,
Malnad College of Engineering, Hassan was established as a joint venture of Government of India, Government of Karnataka and the Malnad Technical Education Society, in the year 1960, during the second 5-year plan. The college is spread over 41.28 acres of land. Earlier the college was affiliated to the University of Mysore but later on, it got affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belgaum.
For your question answer is yes, you will get this college for your CET rank but you will not get seat in Computer science and information science because the cut-off is closed around 50k-60k. So you can try for other branches which are mentioned below .
The mentioned below branches have cut-off higher than 1lkah so you will get these branches in Malnad college easily :-
