Hi,
It would be difficult to tell you your exact possibilities without knowing your category and category rank. Nevertheless, it will be very difficult for you to get CSE in good colleges if you belong to General category. Even if you have categories, getting top colleges would be tough. You can use the JEE Main college predictor tool by clicking on the following link to know which college you can get admission based on your rank and category.
AT this score you may not be getting NITs but there are chances of yours getting some nice branch in low rank NITs or IIITs or GFTIs. You can get Bio Technology or Mining Engineering in NIT AGARTALA, NIT SIKKIM, NIT AURUNACHAL, NIT MEGHALAYA. Electrical in IIIT MANIPUR is also possible.
Hope this helps
Wish you luck

Hello Aspirant,
You cannot depend on predicted rank. it is just a predicted rank according to the marks scored by you . But actual rank will be always different, because CET rank will depend on many factors.
As the KCET rank keeps on changing each year depending upon various factors such as :

# Total number of seats available.
# Difficulty level of exams
# Academic marks for PCM
22k rank actually it is a good rank you can get admission in top engineering colleges. All the best for your future...!
