    You haven't mentioned your category assuming that you belong to general category. The cut off in 2019 to get admission in University College of Law, Osmania University was 23 for general category candidate. Considering the previous year cut off it is difficult to get seat in the preferred University.

    As of now registration has been not yet started but the exam conducting body will release the application form of MAH CET 2021 tentatively in the second week of January. Candidates can apply till the fourth week of February 2021.

    Vishwakarma institute pune is a good institute but Production Engineering branch is not such a developed branch in India as of now. The placements of this department is the lowest among all the BTech programmes, The placement percentage is around 10 to 15%. The highest package is around 7

    Yes you can try that but there's obviously enough of differences between the two examinations. So you need to study a bit extra and even more for CET too while preparing for CAT examination. CAT exam will get you admission into MBA courses.
