As you are domicile of Maharashtra state, I think for that you will need only state e w s certificate,if needed.

the application form of MHT CET was made available from 7 january 2020 and it is reopened now , the last date to submit the MHT CET 2020 application form is 1 june 2020 , and the last date to pay the application fee (for registered candidates) is from may 16 2020 to 1 june 2020

For calculating the rank, 50% of boards marks and 50% of KCET marks are taken into consideration. 50 marks in KCET won't help you to get into a good college. It is difficult to predict any rank as there are few deciding factors. However, If you get around 50 marks in KCET then your expected rank would be around 40,000 to 50,000.
