The cut-off of CET is highly variable and depends on various factors.
For 2020, the cut-off has not been released yet, however you may refer the previous year cut-offs.

I guess you are asking about the Maharastra CET exam for MBA admissions. The application for admission to MBA colleges of Maharashtra based on the MAH CET marks will start after the MAH CET exam( to be conducted on 14th,15th March 2020) results are declared. Results are expected to out in the month on March itself. DTE Maharashtra will start the application for admission to MBA colleges through CAP rounds tentatively by mid May 2020/ start of June 2020. DTE will release the notification for the same. Hence, keep in touch with the official website for these announcements.
As part of the admission process document verification round will be conducted after which the merit list will be declared. After which CAP rounds 1,2,3 will take place. Admission to top MBA colleges in Maharashtra such as JBIMS, SIMSREE, K J Somaiya etc participating in the CAP rounds will offer admission in accordance with the seat matrix and the institute allotment through DTE CAP 2020. Admissions to courses such as MBA, MMS, PGDM, PGDBM to various B-Schools accepting CET scores will take place through these CAP rounds.
Also, please note that the registration for the online entrance MAH CET exam 2020 has started on 10 January 2020. The last date to register is 15 Febuary 2020.

College of Engineering Trivandrum accepts KEAM for admission. If you satisfy the eligibility criteria of the entrance exam then you can register for the exam for sure.
About the non-creamy layer and ST, it is for reservation which will give you a categorical rank and make you open for more college options.
If you don't have documents then it will be a problem. You should make certificate which will prove the details given in the application form.
For ST , there is 2% reservation in KEAM reservation system. You can use it for admission.

Mostly colleges takes JEE main for engineering admission and cutoff for lateral entry is different than 12th pass out students admission. Some colleges conducts a different exam for lateral entry candidates.

There is no separate exam to be taken. You will get selected as per your score in KEAM exam.
Indian Maritime University:- It has not given the cutoff. It accepts IMU-CET for admission. It provides Btech in marine engineering.

The infrastructure of the college is great. The labs and classrooms are well equipped with smmartboards and other needed equipments. We have a main canteen and a separate mess facility available. Our playgrounds are also well maintained and we also have separate courts for football, basketball and other sports.
