As you are also asking about branch CSE or ECE. It should be depends on your choice and interest , not on college. Both Colleges are good in terms of placement and academics. You can choose any one of them based on your branch interest.

GHRCE:. Placements : Placements in this college are good. The placement percentage is nearly 70-75%. The college has a training and placement cell. The rate of placements is increasing day by day. Many of the best multinational companies visit the college for placements, like IBM, Amazon, Persistent etc.

RAMDEOBABA COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING:. Placements : Placements in this  college are good. The average placement rate for the last 10 years is more than 80%. The highest salary package offered is 18 LPA by VMware, and the lowest package offered is 3 LaPA. Due to following reasons  DYPCOE has a greater edge than modern college of engineering. 

Placement :The placements in the college are good, and it generally starts from the 3rd year of the academics. Many companies came to the college, and the average salary is not much high, it is about 20-30thosands per month. The campus selection rate is about 80%. CS and E&TC students get the highest placements in the college. Last year various companies such as Godrej, Byjus, Indian Army, Uno Minda, KSPG Automotive, Deepak Fertilisers, and TCS, etc., visited the campus for placements. A placement cell is available, especially for the campus selection.You are offered with vacation internship in dream companies or wherever you want.

Fuculty: faculty members are experienced and mainly are  phd holders. They are sophisticated and always there for students.

Considering your rank, category and d omicile status in IPU CET BHMCT(127), you may not get admission in the college affiliated with GGSIP University for this respective undergraduate course in i.e Banarasidas Chandiwala Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology. The cutoff goes somewhere around 300-400 rank.
