The infrastructure is also good.

The placements for IT branch in this college is almost 100 percent with avergae salary being around 3-4 lakhs per annum and more.

KJSCE offers B.Tech in 5 specializations. The candidates aspiring to pursue B.Tech must have passed HSC (10+2) level examination along with a valid MHT-CET/JEE Main score.

MHT-CET is a state level offline entrance examination conducted in Maharashtra and JEE MAIN is an all India level examination to be conducted in offline and online mode.

Admission will be done through Centralized Admission Procedure (CAP) conducted by DTE.

all the three institutes, you have mentioned are equally good in all aspects. In this situation, the decision making is upon you. Choose the brtanch, you are interested in. Conventional opinion is CSE is better than ece, which is not true in present day scenario.
Both the branches have equally good career oppurtunities. 
Any choice among the above mentioned options are great.

Make sure you look for proper cutoffs according to Quota (General-G, L-Ladies, TFWS, etc), category (Open, OBC, SC, ST, etc).

Congratulations on securing 119 rank in CET and yes you can get admission in GADVASU.But the college cannot be accurately predicted. Because the cutoff marks or the merit rank will differ from college to college. The possibility will only be known after the result of the counselling round.Also visit the website of the university and there is also a mentioning of the entrance test too for the UG programs.

Last for admission for unreserved was up yo 100th rank. But the admission cut off and rank selection changes every year. Don't worry you can get admission in bvSc now because of your rank.
