Hey there as per you nata score you can apply for this college as they  take admission on basis of 50% marks score in 12th and 50% in nata. But its not possible to predict that you will surely ger cet trivandrum as every year cutoff varies due to various factor such as difficulty level, students appear for the exam.

DAIICT accepts JEE Main's rank not JEE Advanced's rank.  At this rank, you won't get admission in DAIICT. 

• The closing rank of ICT last year was 13,700.
• The closing rank of ICT+ CS last year was 8000.

DAIICT also gives admission though GUJCET. So, if you've given GUJCET, comment your rank. I'll let you know your chances.

Last year the cutoff was 9,573 and thus its pretty hard to get cse branch in shri sairam college of engineering and thus You should try some other colleges as the rank difference is really a big one .
