The rankings given to different colleges depend on a lot of parameters. There is no direct way of ranking them. You need to consider all the aspects- academics, co-curricular, campus and the facilities, accreditations, branches offered, faculty, placement statistics, type of institute and its ownership, university reference, fees, etc. On comparing 2 colleges, some of the aspects will be better of one college, while the other aspects may be better of another college. Also, they can be equal in some aspects.Averaging out all these points, the ranks are calculated. The colleges which you wish to compare, can also be distinguished on the basis of batch size. Smaller batch size is preferrable, thus Fr. Conceicao has an edge over Sanghvi. Similarly you can consider other insights as well.

Maharashtra CET state cell has scrapped the SAAR Portal. They are coming with the new process. So you don't have to worry regarding submitting these many documents as of now.

If you have already registered on SAAR and paid fees, there is nothing to be worried as they will be refunding the money.

Once the new registration process opens you will have to register there and continue. This process will be as per the older processes and you need not worry about the documents as fewer documents will be required. As you are from the open category, very fewer documents will be required such as domicile, nationality, etc.

The mandatory criteria to appear in any CET or entrance test of B. Pharm are as; 

• Have passed 10+2 from any recognized education board with Physics,  Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with Mathematics,  Biology with aggregate of 50 % marks. 
• Candidate age must not be less than 17 years. 

As,  mentioned above you don't qualify the mandatory criteria. Sorry you are not eligible  to get any Colleges for Pursuing B. Pharm.

Maharashtra Statecell has scrapped the SAAR portal. They are coming up with the new process of admission, but the registration has not yet started. So you need not worry regarding choosing the option in that form as it is canceled.

You will have to wait until the new registration process starts.

First of all congratulation for performing well in your exams. Yes you can get admission under PU campus with 990 rank in PU CET 2019. It would be better if you would have mentioned that its general rank or not. Still hope for the best and maximum chances are there that you will make it.

To get admission in COE Trivandrum a student must have had secured a minimum of 45% in boards and since you have scored 84% you have cleared that zone. Now coming to the cet score I wish you had told me your rank however I will provide you with the seat matrix:

The cutoff rank however for this college is below 900, That means if you want to get admission here you have to have a rank of under 900 in keam (as far as I know). All the best.

Among the colleges you mentioned , cummins college is the best . Because it have high placement ratio and instead of MIT WPU and others , these are private colleges . You must surely seek for Cummins college without any doubt .
