the cutoff mark is 114 for general category. It totaly depends on your qualification details to get an admission. For acurate details please go through the official webpage of the university. You should apply for the admission as you can get selectes if you have qualification for general category

First of all you need to get to know your choice and interest. Because both the branches are different and have are from different domain. If you have interest in coding, computer applications etc. then you must choose CS. 

But if your interest is more in hardware part then

Some chances are there that you'll get Department of Management, University of Pune with your MAT percentile but not with CET rank but you should have some backup also because people having 95 percentile also take admission in the college. But with your scores you can check out these colleges
