Yes, you can get admission in COEP Pune if you have just given MHT CET examination.

The total number of students who applied from the Engineering field was 2.9 lakh.

So, your rank would be-

2,90,000 * 0.09 = 26,100

To take admission in government medicam college you have to appear in NEET examination. Though you are qualifying the academic eligibilty criteria which is 50% aggregation of PBC marks for general category and 45% aggregated marks for other reserved categories.but without appearing for neet you are not qualifying

You are eligible for admission of B.Pharm as you have +50% in HSC. Also, your CET scores are important to get admitted in any institute. 

Ofcourse you will get a seat. The college fees may vary depending on your college, your category from 10,000-1 lakh.
