There is  only one college for BPT  through IPUCET with 60 seats, so the competition is really tough. Cutoff changes with category, domicile quota, i.e. if you are delhi resident ypu will be provided quota. According to last year trend counselling was closed at about 380 rank. Also

Yes you can get Admission to different colleges using your CET marks. As if you had got really good Marks in Clat even you can get Government College  for BPT.

The official cut-off for 2019 has not been released yet by the Don Bosco college of Engineering. The cut-off is different for the various branches of engineering in the college.

The cut-off ranks for most of the branches is low and you might not be able to get
