Yes kj somaiya accept admission on the basis of jee mains. But seats are limited as most of the admission and seats are reserved for mhtcet. The admission in this college requires less marks in jee mains. For example last year students who got somewhere near 90 marks

In the college 9f engineering Trivandrum admission is donedone thr counselling based on the rank obtained in Kerala Engineering Agricultural Medical (KEAM) Entrance Test. 

They don't take admission based on jee but on the basis of KEAM only

According to the last years cutoffs, the estimated opening marks for this year, for Rizvi college will be around 138 and the closing marks will be 88, so you won't be able to get admission in Rizvi college. Whereas, Manikchand's opening marks will be around 121 and closing
