for COE trivandrum being a state owned University there is you won't be able to secure a seat without going through KEAM at first and for school of engineering, Jain University you have to go through jain university exam and the fees would be arround 1.6

Hello suny there are colleges where you can get the direct admission where you need to apply for those colleges directly and selection is done on the merit list

Yes, with that rank you can easily get Amity college comparing it with the previous years cutoff which was 1386 rank for the general category ones.
