Hi Devika, yes sha Shi college of engineering is good if you get admission on it.otherwise, there are more government as well as private colleges in India that offer aeronautical engineering and they are good.

BVP CET 2018 is for admission to Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) & Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) at Bharti vidyapeeth University College of Ayurved, Pune Homeopathic Medical College, Pune.

BVP CET is not for MBBS admission.

Yes in order to take admission in the engineering course for any of the government and any of the private aided college of Maharashtra one has to appear for the MHCET.

As college of engineering invites application on basis of score in KEAM (Common Entrance Examination Kerala )

So, you can not take admission on behalf of mhcet. However mhcet score is valid for other colleges in maharashtra.
