As you are seeking admission in BPT course in Maharashtra so you don't need to appear for MHT CET but you need to appear for NEET UG because admission to BPT course in Maharashtra is only offered on the basis of NEET UG score and counselling is done by State CET cell on the basis of NEET UG score.

Class 12th marks are also not considered for admission but it will only be considered as qualifying examination so you must be having at least 50% aggregate in PCB in 12th and should be pass in English, that's it.

YES, you can do Bsc Forestry Course.

BSc Forestry eligibility criteria requires a candidate to have a class 12th or equivalent diploma from a recognised board and a minimum aggregate of 50% in the qualifying examination . A student can appear for the entrance examination of other state as well but than it will get admission in the colleges of that particular state , in your case you can apply only in colleges of Gujrat where this exam is mandatory, but there will be one more condition ie, you should also have required documentation of that particular state so that you can fullfill the requirements of that particular college. So if all of above conditions are satisfied than there will be no such issues in appearing for the exam of any other state.

You should have passed the Class 12 exam from a recognised board with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as main subjects. They must also have secured a minimum aggregate of 60% in PCM. Aspirants should have appeared for the MHT CET examination.

The rank is determined by your CET scores in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, as well as your board exam scores. The kcet score is taken, along with 50% of the 12th grade marks, and the rank is calculated by adding the two.

You will almost certainly get a spot in BVSc (Veterinary) if your rank is between 1.7 and 1.8. Given your puc score of 9495 percent, a cet score of 140 or more to be at safer side.

Rest, differ to college and state. Each has different criteria.
