The infrastructure of the college is great. The labs and classrooms are well equipped with smmartboards and other needed equipments. We have a main canteen and a separate mess facility available. Our playgrounds are also well maintained and we also have separate courts for football, basketball and other sports.
The infrastructure is top notch with well equipped labs and smart classrooms. The college has a main mess and a canteen. The sports facilities include an indoor court, gym and also courts for volleyball, basketball, football etc.
The college has excellent infrastucure, almost all possible amenities for betterment of students. The college have free WiFi connectivity, well maintained library, gazebo donated by alumini. The living spaces are clean and provides a great ambience.
The IPU CET for B.Com (Hons.) is an entrance exam conducted by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. The test includes questions from English Language, General Awareness, Logical Reasoning, and Economics/Commerce. It is a 2.5-hour exam with 100 multiple-choice questions. Each correct answer gives 4 marks, and 1 mark is deducted for each wrong answer. The exam is in English. Based on your rank in the CET, you can get admission into various IP University colleges offering B.Com (Hons.).

Annual Income Limit :
The candidate’s family income from all sources must be less than rs 8 Lakhs per annum .
This income limit includes income from agriculture, salary, business, and any other sources.
Assets Criteria :
The candidate or their family should not own assets exceeding a certain limit as prescribed by the government. This generally includes:
Agricultural land exceeding 5 acres .
Residential property larger than a specified size (such as 1000 square feet ).
Other properties or assets as defined by the government.
Family Status :
EWS candidates must belong to a non-creamy layer .
This applies to candidates who are not eligible for any other reservations (SC, ST, OBC, etc.).
Reservation in MHT CET :
Candidates falling under the EWS category are eligible for 10% reservation in educational institutions in Maharashtra (this applies to government and government-aided institutions).
This reservation applies to both 3-year and 5-year LLB courses (for MHT CET Law) and other professional courses (Engineering, Pharmacy, etc.) based on MHT CET.
Certificate Requirement :
EWS candidates must have a valid EWS certificate issued by the competent authority (Revenue Department) of Maharashtra. The certificate must be issued after 1st April of the relevant academic year.

You are giving an improvement exam to get a minimum 40% aggregate in PCM. The result will be declared on 29th July, and MHT CET counselling ends on 30th July. Here's what you should do:
Register for MHT CET counselling now even if your improvement result is not out yet. Do not wait for the result to register.
Mention "Result Awaited" or upload a self-declaration if the portal allows it. Many counselling systems permit result submission during later stages.
Contact CET Cell Maharashtra via email or helpline. Tell them your situation clearly:
You are awaiting improvement results.
The result will be available on 29th July.
Request permission to upload marks immediately after the result.

A self-declaration form stating that you are appearing for the improvement exam and the result date is 29th July.
On 29th July , download the new marksheet immediately once declared.
Check that you have 40% aggregate in PCM.
Upload the new marksheet to the counselling portal before the deadline on 30th July.
