If you want to drop another year for JEE - Main it should be totally your choice because only you know your caliber in studying. If you think you can increase your marks then you should drop another year but if you don't you can get into Haldia Institute

Hello Ab,

According to me, taking two years of the drop, and investing 2 years of your precious life just chasing an exam, is not a wise exam. You may consider any private engineering college for an undergraduate degree. Or go with what you have. IT depends on your ability

College Infrastructure

Infrastructure at HIT Haldia is okay for MTech ECE. Labs got equipment for signal processing and circuits, but some old machines need update. Library big with journals, WiFi works in most places. Hostels separate for boys girls, clean but rooms small, mess food average spicy. Campus 37 acres green, sports ground for football, but no AC in classrooms, hot in summer. Helps labs but could be better.
