Deciding between branches is personal choice go for the course you have interest in don't go for the market value. If you want to go placement wise go for CSE or ECE.

. Any rank below 5k in WBJEE will fetch you a seat in IEM , but the real question is how much marks you should fetch to score rank below 5k. The thing is very unpredictable for WBJEE. If paper is tough 90/200 can fetch you 3–4k
