Your chances of getting Computer Science and Engineering in Institute of Engineering and Rural Technology - [IERT], Allahabad are not very high as things go and considering the reputation and placement statistics CSE comes with.

But you can surely expect Electronics engineering as you approach the concluding rounds

How your OBC rank is high and General rank is low. There might be some mistake while writing the question.  Anyway your categorical rank is low and you can get any top college. You can get CS branch for sure even with 3650.

Well, IERT Allahabad has many issues regarding hygiene like there is not good infrastructure and very bad hygienic conditions in auditorium, washrooms and classes. But it's a good place to prepare for Gate IES and CAT. Also, it provides good placement only if you perform better.
