As all the colleges you have mentioned are top government engineering colleges their cutoffs are slightly high so you might not get them but you still have one attempt left work hard and improve your rank! As you are SC keep your rank around 1L to secure admission in one of these colleges.

Hi aspirant, since you have 92.52 percentile in your JEE mains exam and you want to take admission in UPTU hold colleges so it is obvious that on this percentile you will have rank range in between 110k-120k.

And on this rank one may have to face problem for CS branch but you want to go in core branch so you can assure about your admission in the colleges that you have mentioned in the question.

Also you can use below link to predict your college on behalf of your obtained percentile or rank;

Hello, Aspirant. In the question, you mentioned you are from Uttar Pradesh and you have secured 74 percentile in JEE Mains April Session. If I am not wrong your rank should lie within the range of 265980 - 299000.

You showed interest in getting admission at AITH, Kanpur. If you visit the institute's official website, they have clearly mentioned that candidates who seek admission to AITH must attempt UPSEE (conducted by AKTU) and on the basis of that score counselling processes will be conducted.

If you want to get admission in IERT, Allahabad then I suggest you try for cracking UPSEE with a better percentile/marks or sit for the next session of JEE Mains. It is less likely for you to get chance in IERT, Allahabad with 74 percentile.

Regarding admission to IET, Lucknow , the college authority has published a notice recently which you can follow: https://www.ietlucknow.ac.in/admin/2425

Lastly, in order to take admission in KNIT, Sultanpur , as far as I know you can only get admission if you clear UPSEE (conducted by AKTU). Visit their  official website to know about admission processes in details.

If you want to know your chances of getting admission in various colleges based on your percentile or rank, then feel free to check out JEE Main College Predictor and UPSEE B.Tech College Predictor .

I hope all this information are enough for you to clear your doubts.

Thank you and all the best for your future.

Dear aspirant,

As you have secured 74 percentile in JEE mains April attempt and taking into consideration that you belong to ews category so let me tell you that your percentile is too less to get admitted to any of the colleges through josaa.

So,you may get lower branches in gurughasidas, Assam University. So I would recommend you to increase your percentile in JEE mains so that you can get the best college.

Hi Aspirant,

Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you, you can not get admission in I.E.T  lucknow by giving J.E.E mains even you have Uttar pradesh domicile quota as it does not accept the J.E.E entrance. You need to give U.P.T.U entrance exam to get admission in I.E.T lucknow.

Hope you found this answer useful.Stay motivated stay positive.

All the best!

Hello Candidate,

The top recruiting companies at the Institute of Engineering and Technology Lucknow are mainly BYJU's, Unacademy, Airtel, Idea, BSNL, Wipro, TCS Digital, TCS Ninja, etc. The college offers an average median package of around 6 to 7 lacs per annum, while the highest package offered by the recruiting companies is around 25 to 30 lacs.

Moreover, the college has a decent placement percentage of around 60 to 70% which means that out of each hundred students around 60 to 70 students get placed either from on-campus or off-campus placement mode.

Hope you found it helpful. For more details you can visit https://www.careers360.com/colleges/institute-of-engineering-and-technology-lucknow/placement

If you have any further queries feel free to post it here!!

Dear Student,

As From This year AKTU extracts their entrance exam i.e. UPSEEE for b.tech admission. Now they renamed UPSEE to UPCET, so if you want to take the admission in AKTU colleges then you need to appear in this exam, this exam is only for Uttar Pradesh students. Last date to apply for the application form is 15th of July, 2021 so be quick if you want the IET Lucknow.

Best of Luck!!!

Hello,
You are confused between two colleges and two streams. First you have to choose in which engineering stream you want to gear up your career.
Chemical Engineering and information technology are two different fields. Chemical Engineering is the study of operation and design of chemical plants as well as methods of improving production. The information technology is about learning software systems, web development these type of things. First you choose which field you want go get on and then decide the college.
All the best.

Hello,

Institute of Engineering and Technology, Lucknow is a Government College. Until last year the admission to Engineering courses was done based on marks scored in UPSEE which is a state level Entrance Examination. From this year the admission will be done based on JEE Main score. As this is the first time that JEE Main score will be considered the cut off is unknown. To know the cut off you have to wait till the counselling is concluded because the cut off will be declared after the end of the counselling. As there is no previous data available you should aim to score a decent percentile to be on the safe side. IET, Lucknow is one of the top Institutes in Uttar Pradesh so the cut off will be comparatively higher so a safe score would be 92-96 percentile in JEE Main for General EWS category. This is an estimated percentile score the actual cut off percentile may vary depending on the total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc.

Hello Aspirant,

If we go through the analysis of marks Vs Percentile Vs rank for JEE-Main 2020 then according to the marks mentioned by you in the question your percentile is expected to be in the range of 96.69 - 98.09 , you can check out marks Vs ranks Vs Percentile from the link given below :-

https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-marks-vs-percentile

Or

You can also use JEE-Main Rank Predictor to predict your rank :-

https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-rank-predictor

Now as we know that this is the first time when engineering institutions of UP especially those that are affiliated to AKTU are taking admission through JEE-Main score instead of UPSEE so at this point of time it is quite difficult to predict your admission chances on the basis of previous year's analysis but with such percentile you would have some decent chances to get IET Lucknow but still this prediction can change in actual because this is the first time when admissions are to be taken through JEE-Main.

To have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your marks, category, and state you can use JEE-Main College Predictor:-
