IHM Kolkata Course and Fees 2026
IHM Kolkata offers various courses at the diploma, undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Besides this, it also offers certificate courses. The IHM Kolkata course provides Diploma courses specialised in Front Office Operations, Bakery and Confectionery, Food Production, House Keeping, Food and Beverage Services. Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition, Kolkata UG course include B.Sc Hospitality and Hotel Administration.
The IHM Kolkata PG course includes M.Sc Hospitality Administration. Students should meet the IHM Kolkata eligibility criteria prescribed, to apply for the courses. All the programmes at IHM Kolkata are offered in full-time mode.

For me the primary building structure feels old-school, carrying a dated look that sometimes impacts the general student areas and aesthetics. Crucially, though, the specialized facilities where our core learning happens are excellent and well-maintained. The production kitchens, bakery, and demonstration labs are fully equipped with professional-grade tools for highly effective practical training. I feel that the standard lecture halls are very basic and could use a significant contemporary update to enhance the environment for longer classes. Connectivity is reliable which helps with project work.
It was a good experience.

College Infrastructure
The college infrastructure was according to me at its best. It had all essential facilities. The college has a attached hostel with a playground and basketball court, where we could also play volleyball and badminton. It has a big library, a canteen, and classrooms were equipped with smart projectors but the classrooms lacked AC.

College Infrastructure
College infrastructure is best and fully slience and green environment for study and leaving also. For student AC in all classroom and library. Total 6 big kitchen in college for practical. Two restaurant and four good room like five star hotel room for practical in food and beverage service and housekeeping.
