The placement and training (PAT) office at Jyothi Engineering College Thrissur trains candidates and provides them with employment opportunities. The Jyothi Engineering College placement cell conducts skill-based training and soft skills like communication skills, group discussions, debate sessions, resume preparation, and mock interviews.
JEC Thrissur placement cell organises various placement activities for students to enhance their skills. Jyothi Engineering College not only provides job offers and training but also supports the entrepreneurial ventures of students.
The Jyothi Engineering College Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Cell (IEDC) approves and promotes promising student concepts to the Startup Centre. Under the guidance of the Career Development Cell (CDC), the JEC Thrissur placement and training cell also provides career counselling to students. During the JEC Thrissur placements, the total number of placements offered is around 143, and the total number of unique placements is around 124.
