Hey there as per your ranking and previous year cutoff for general category you can go for following nits -

Colleges              branch        other state cutoff

1. Nit meghalaya       cs            33237

2. Nit nagpur              civil          18843

3. Nit nagaland         cs                 26722

4. Nit silchar                cs               18956

5. Mnnit allahabad     chemical      17592

If your category rank is 11000 then you won't get a seat in IITs, but if your All India Rank is 11k then you will get a seat for sure.

Sorry to say but it will be not possible to get good Ranking nits or GFTI s .

You have achance that you may get low ranking nits or gftis like ( nit srinagar ; nit uttarakhand  ; Assam University ) but not beneficial as much .

if you are a general category student, 70% is not enough. you need a minimum of 75%.

if you are a reserved category, a relaxation of 10% i.e. 65% is fine.

otherwise, your rank in jee should be superb to make it to the iits or nits.

Unfortunately the seats in NITs have closing ranks for OBC girls around 94-95 percentile at the extreme. So factually speaking 78 percentile might not fetch you anything. You should consider private colleges that give fee waiver based on JEE Mains percentile or local government colleges. Hope that helped.
