National Institute of Technology, Hamirpur OBC-NCL candidate through home quota got admission on 38348 rank and National Institute of Technology, Raipur OBC-NCL category through home quota gave a seat for 13542 rank. Hello Jaykumar, No, your son cant take admission under DASA scheme if he has completed his education from a school in India. He needs to finish his schooling from a school located abroad. Below is the exact eligibility criteria for admission under DASA scheme.

• The candidate must be Son or Daughter of an NRI / or a foreign national, and/or must have obtained a prescribed qualification from a School / College located abroad, or
• The candidate must have stayed abroad for at least five years during the preceding eight years from the year of admission, or
• The candidate must be a citizen of a foreign land holding a valid passport issued by that country.
• The candidate must have a duly valid Certificate indicating NRI / Foreign Student status issued by a competent authority

Well I'm sorry to upset oyu bother but considering this rank you might ot stand a chance of appearing at advanced exam. 

Yes you hav not qualified for JEE mains with your general category cut off. 

Since you have not qualified JEE mains so you cannot expect a seat at any NIT.

I would recommend you to prepare well for state engineering exams like WBJEE or UPSE

With 70%ile in jee mains you are not eligible for nit Raipur even you don't get seat in any nit with lower branch.If you want to take admission in you dream college then start preparing for next year jee mains and try to score above 96%ile.

There are many eligibility criterias set by AEEE, but the major one is that only those students will be eligible for admission in Amrita University who have qualified JEE mains and should have passed 12th boards. Thus this makes you eligible for Amrita University.

But for admission in NIT ,you must get atleast 65 percent in your 12th boards and should qualify JEE mains. As you have not cleared the percentage barrier thus you will not be eligible for admission in NIT.

According to your rank in jee mains 2019 you have very less chance to get seat in any NIT as your rank is very high, with this rank you will not able to get seat in any NIT  

sorry to say priyansi but with this rank and score you cannot get any nit college in india and so filling josaa councelling is just a waste of time and money but it rank their is a chance you can get government college but you cannot get into any good nit
